Total waste of time as we went to the store today (12/09/23) and we found what we were looking for BUT they did not have it in store and the only one was the display model and they could not sell it. The only option was to wait until Monday when they were due a delivery BUT we could not reserve the item BUT for more money we could get it home delivered (30% mark-up). We then asked about a different item only to get the same response. So thanks for nothing but wasting our time and also leaving us an option of taking our trade else where as total waste of time. WILL NOT BE BACK and spend my money somewhere else.

Purchased a new printer. Never really find the experience great at Currys as sales people always want to come over and "help". When know what you are looking for you don't want to be bothered. Also you don't want to be pressured into extended warranties.

Ordered on line a product and went to pick it up. Was ignored for about 20 minutes in the first place. Went around the store to look for another product and came back to front desk. Waited another 10 minutes until a staff member asked me very abrupt if I needed to pick up an order. Update: on returning my item as it was not working properly, I had more luck and one of their staff members ( Lynne) was very nice and helpful. If I can score the review only on that experience, I would give Lynne 5 stars.

Went into the store yesterday to buy a laptop completely clueless. Had a fantastic experience with Jon who helped me buy the best one for me with the best simple explanations so I understood what was right and why. Then went back today to have the laptop set up for me. Charlie was fantastic and went above and beyond getting me all set up and ready to go. He really took his time and made sure everything was sorted before I left. Great service, chuffed, thank you both!

Had a lovely chat with Leanne about pc gaming as I'm pretty much new to it all and so is my partner, very helpful and friendly and wasn't too technical with explaining everything, definitely be choosing here to buy my streaming accessories before I move to Dorset! Thankyou so much!!! ❤️❤️
