After contacting Andy and being reassured that he would be in contact and visit us regarding a previous loft conversion quote and to go through the finer details, we have now been let down has he has not returned our messages to arrange an appointment or contacted us to even let us know why.
We appreciate that things can happen in life which make cancelling appointments necessary, but, to not be contacted at all in return is very disappointing.Wednesday 20th February 2019
