George1 StarHad issue with top mount, car veered to the left. Took it in for repair, collected it and said repair was done. Car drove straight however noticed they'd pumped one tyre up massively so that it balanced the car out, confirmed the mount hadn't been changed and they had scammed me. Refused to pay me back until I threatened small claims court. If you've had your car serviced or repaired here I highly doubt they've done all the work, as for MOT's probably failed it and charged for repair dishonestly. If you value a safe car or have your family in your car do not go here.Wednesday 22nd June 2022
Flic B5 StarBooked my car in for a full service & MOT - they came to collect my car in the morning & even though I'd completely forgotten about it (!) they kindly waited for me to get to them to give them the keys. Unfortunately my car failed the MOT, but they sorted everything quickly & easily. Dropped my car back the next day. Very friendly service from start to finish, good value & super convenient. Daisy Hawkins5 StarCan't thank CVS Motors enough for helping me out of a nightmare situation! I was booked in for them to sort an issue with my brakes - but was left beyond stressed when Green Flag (my breakdown cover) sent someone out who was unable to tow/recover a car. Their solutions were for my partner (who was working from home) to just drive my car to the garage, or for me to join the back of a now very long queue to be recovered. At that, CVS kindly said they'd just come and get the car themselves. They did so with no hassle at all, then quickly got to work sorting out the brakes. They were lovely on the phone, keeping me in the loop about everything, and dropped my car back home good as new by the afternoon. It was also great value - a good 50 pound less than I expected to pay. Will be going to them for ANYTHING my car needs in the future!Friday 2nd July 2021
Chrome Fpv5 StarI find it very hard to trust mechanics and every time I drive away something don't feel right. BUT NOT THIS TIME.. was the best I've ever used car felt great and no worries about the work done. I will be using from now on even if I moved to Scotland I would drive down to use them. 5 stars is not enough more like 10 star..Friday 23rd July 2021
Rob Owen1 StarBEWARE - DO NOT USE. I have to question the credibility of this business and the positive reviews (fake?). I arranged MOT (with collection) face to face with a guy called Jamie (he said he was the owner’s son?). All details confirmed by text. On the day, when they didn’t turn up I texted (no reply), phoned (no reply) - I phoned alternative number and spoke to a guy called Phil (owner?) - he promised a call back, when no call back came I called again to get an explanation, but my call wasn’t picked up, left message but no reply/explanation/apology received!!
I think you’ll agree this is not the standard expected from a credible business, if the workmanship is performed to the same sub-standard level there’s clearly a safety risk here.Saturday 4th September 2021
