Finding a local cycle guy was a great stroke of luck after breaking my front quick release skewer spindle. I phoned John who said he had one and in less than an hour I was sorted.... easy. First rate service from Cycleserve. John took my bike in on a Saturday (a godsend when working Monday to Friday), sorted out my hydraulic disc brakes and annoying clicking pedal and gave me great advice on future upkeep of my bike. All for a very reasonable price. I shall be recommending to all my cycle owning friends and family. Thanks again :)

CYCLESERVE were thankfully able to help me today at short notice after I'd taken my new bike out for a test ride and met with a few issues whilst a fair few miles from home! I'd made a few errors in my initial set up of the bike and John diagnosed and corrected these efficiently and effectively. Great job. John is clearly knowledgeable and good at what he does - both in terms of the practical aspects, and with advice for future maintenance. P.S. I enjoyed my ride home*, Thanks John! *(All the better for it not taking the two-hours-plus it would have been for me to walk. Life-saver!)
