I've never felt compelled to leave an online review for anything before. But in 35 years of car buying, I've never experienced such fabulous after sales service. Bought a cheap £2500 for my son. The car was in excellent condition with a 6 month warranty. After a couple of months, noted the aircon wasn't working. An examination revealed a damaged condensor. I'm pretty confident 99% of garages would have stated 'happened after you bought it'. However, it was replaced without question. I also asked if they could adjust the handbrake. They replaced all the brake shoes and a wheel bearing for good measure. Again, most garages would have argued 'wear and tear'. Just fantastic service. They clearly stand by their own warranty and its just a refreshing change to deal with people who display such care to their customers.

Bought a car from Daniels a couple of years ago. It was a basic cheap car for dogs and tip runs so I wasn't spending a fortune but the service has been wonderful not just initially but ever since which is greatly appreciated as I have no idea about cars so it is very reassuring to have such good service and kindness

Writing on behalf of my father in law who recently purchased a car from Paul despite all social distancing and masks he made the whole experience friendly and totally personal whilst taking care to keep him safe.
