I have been training with Danny both group classes and personal training for over a year. He is motivating and focused and ensures I am getting the results that I am aiming for. His group classes are also fun with a great friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommended Danny if you are wanting great results in your fitness

I've trained with Danny on and off for years now and this year I started with his online coaching option. Danny is one of the most experienced and dedicated trainers around, his focus on helping me achieve my ever changing fitness goals (believe me when I say they change frequently) is unmatched by any other trainer. He continues to push me further to reach above and beyond my goals and always makes the sessions extremely challenging, varied and great fun, which is definitely a must for me to hold my interest with a particular goal. I have seen a massive improvement in my overall fitness and noticeable changes in my physique. My love for training has increased even further through his support and care. He is truly invested in my fitness journey and always wants me to do well. With his help you will gain more from your fitness goals than you ever thought possible.

Simply put one of the best decisions of my life! After years of self indulgence and drinking way to much beers it was time for a life change, I'm 12 sessions in and u have lost 1 stone so far. My mental and physical health have improved immensely in just a month so i look forward to each session, Danny’s lesson are varied and each time your learning something new either about yourself or how to use the gym equipment correctly, Danny pushes you to your limits and gets most out you every session, He fun and as well as providing nutrition advice and and all round support i would highly recommend!

I have been training with Danny for some years but the last year I have undertaken Danny’s on-line remote training. This training suits my busy life style and enables me to keep my fitness levels up as well as hitting my personal goals. Danny provides my on-line programme weekly and challenges my fitness and achievements which have so improved. My plan is taylor made to my personal goals and I love the variety and flexibility that on-line coaching provides. I very much value Danny as a coach and his continuous on-going support. He is always responsive to any questions regarding my on-line programme and checks in with me frequently. This means I maintain the accountability for my training and progress. I am able to see the details of all workouts and more importantly the progress that I am making. I believe Danny to be one of the best trainers in the area and I know that he always wants me to push myself to do my best. His expertise and encouragement is second to none. Thank you Danny.

What a wonderful remote training experience from Danny! The service from the start has been great, beginning with the first consultation discussing my training goals, what I liked and training limitations/injuries. We started with a PT session where he checked my movement on various exercises and then tweaked my form. On a weekly basis, i got a new workout program to follow at home. I'd record my exercise in a cool app on my phone and upload a few videos for Danny to check form. I'd hear back with a few tweaks or a well-done soon after. Danny would tweak the week depending on what days i could train and any other limitations. I really liked the variety of exercises, many of which were new to me or things I just would have never thought of doing. It was also fab that he managed to get a full session planned within just an hour each day. We have no hesitation in recommending Danny.
