At first all seemed well, I went to look at the cars they had to offered as I’d only just passed my test. I knew deep down what car I wanted but saw a car that was a good price and thought why not, I need a car. The car was a red Volkswagen fox, Everything was going to plan and working the way I thought the car was meant to run, until 3 DAYS into having the car the engine light came on and me not knowing a lot about cars didn’t have a clue what was wrong with this. I was so disappointed and upset as I’d only had the car for 3 days and I wasn’t expecting anything to happen so quickly! It has really put me off wanting to buy a second hand car. I know anything can happen to cars brought second hand and brand new. The staff were understanding and did give me a full refund. As this issue has flagged up before they’ve even sold me the car and had been fixed but not fully fixed so therefore I didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the car !

We’ve had a terrible experience with dash cars. I would avoid this dealer. If the car develops a fault or even has them from the beginning they just aren’t interested in trying help you. They had the car back 3 times to “fix” it and not once was any proof given of any work done and the faults Where still present. Had to fight really hard for weeks and threatened a lawyers involvement to even get a response too finally take the car back
