We visited the showroom twice and asked lots of questions before choosing our stove. We timed it just right to coincide with the hottest ever summer weather but at least we are ready for the autumn. Everyone we talked to at Dean Forge was pleasant and very helpful, the fitters installed the stove and external flue in a quick and professional way and cleared up leaving us with comprehensive notes and guidance. Thank you to all at Dean Forge.

We found the team at Dean forge really helpful when we went to look at the Everhot stove. We also had someone come and ensure that they could access the kitchen easily and that the stove would fit well. The demo was great and our new Everhot is installed and working a treat.

I've had my wood burner for 3months now 1of handles was out of line,the company sent a replacement only to find that it didn't match (made of a different material) which the company seem to back off.in there eye's the customer is never right,so I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. After sales service is not theire strong point

We chose Dean Forge purely from research on line, looking at their website, locality and - and this was the clincher - the delightful, friendly and professional response of the woman (I'm so sorry, I forget her name) who answered the initial call. She arranged an assessment within the following week. Everything went very smoothly from there. The assessor was knowledgeable and helpful, he sent a detailed breakdown of costs within a couple of days and arranged for the builders to contact me. Builders originally set a date but Stewart called back to say he could fit us in around two weeks sooner and they took around 5 hours to knock out fireplace aperture in chimney breast, were friendly, funny (as in amusing, not strange😁) but professional and respectful (Josh and one other). We had already chosen a wood burner from another company which Dean Forge sourced without a quibble or sales pitch but Stewart recommended we visit the showroom to choose a mantel which we did. Lovely showroom, very helpful staff and a very nice café upstairs serving delicious food. The team squeezed us in just before Xmas which was kind and unprompted.Woodburner and slate hearth were fitted and aperture lime rendered by two more chaps who, again, were great. To cut a long story short, fab, friendly, caring and professional company who really know their stuff. Only regret? We're very pleased with our woodburner but wish we'd bought one of Dean Forge's own.

I had read many reviews and had a lot of quotes before I went ahead with Dean Forge for my installation of an inset wood burner. The quality of the staff in the show room initially supported my decision to go ahead and despite what some people have found, Dean Forge was the most reasonable of all the quotes. There were a few hiccups with ordering and installation but nothing that wasn’t sorted out quickly and reassuringly. The difference in some companies and Dean Forge is that there is that element of old-fashioned customer support which I really liked. Chris came out to see my place for a quotation I really liked his friendly , knowledgeable assessment ( and he liked dogs ) Thank you all and I will be back !
