Our property along with 5 others obtain our water supply from an 80 foot borehole . We were experiencing serious problems with our water pump control system and we had to revert to manual filling of our water storage tank. On behalf of my neighbours, I contacted Deeter Electronics and spoke to Jovan Bernard, Sales Engineer and explained the issues that we were having. After discussing the problems, Jovan asked me to perform a series of checks and it was clear that the Dual Level Controller was not working properly and replacement controller was ordered. In addition I decided that we would also order a new set of sensors in case there was an issue with the current ones that were over 12 years old. On receipt of the replacement parts, I arranged for a local electrician to fit the replacement parts, however, the controller unit was different from the original one. Unfortunately, after everything had been connected the system did not operate correctly and I had to call Jovan and explain the situation. Jovan was extremely helpful and eventually after a series of fault checking, we managed to get the system operating correctly. I should add that this took a couple of days to resolve, however, Jovan continued to give advice until everything worked properly. I was extremely impressed with Jovan’s professionalism, knowledge, patience and desire to resolve the issues in order for us to get our water supply system fully operational. I believe that Jovan went the extra mile to ensure that our system was back online. I have no hesitation in recommending Deeter Electronics Ltd. It is refreshing to find a company who provide excellent products and also have the sales support to assist customers.

Terrible people to deal with. Really unprofessional and goods were damaged upon arrival. Spoke to Joe (Owners son) and just didn’t seem bothered at all. No compensation or anything. Shame on you guys. 😡😡
