Kath Threlfall1 StarShambolic! Needed new steering rack under warranty. Took over a week to do the work. When my son went to pick it up, it wasn't ready and he was told the work had been done wrong and needed to be redone. Then my husband was told they had lost a part. When we finally got the car back, the steering wheel had to turn 90 degrees before the wheels turned. Turned out they'd fitted the wrong steering rack! Took it back and they fitted the correct one but the car is still not right. Would never go there again.Saturday 26th March 2022
