plouiseg1 StarI would give this a 0 if I could. Placed an order a few nights ago for them to miss the salt & chili chicken which was the main. I called and told them they missed this item for them to tell me next time I would get this free of charge. I called tonight to order this for them to then say they wouldn’t deliver this, considering we’re less than 2 miles away and it was their error to begin with. Lost a loyal customer now. Shocking customer service. Still money down, never got offered a refund and refused to send out the food THEY forgot to send out to us. Diabolical.Thursday 17th March 2022

Gemma Sears1 StarWell. The only thing I ate yesterday was this Chinese. Firstly. My parter phoned with our usual order. And they said it would be £26+ where usually at most it's £15.
So I went on their website saw it was cheaper cancelled the phone order and re-placed my order on their website.
Me and my partner eat completely different food. I had egg fried rice, chicken chow mein and curry sauce. He has chicken balls and chicken fried rice.
Even when eating my food I said it tasted different. It wasn't the same and upto now diamond city is the only Chinese I ever order from. Roll on forward to 5am today. At this point it's very clear I have food poisoning. I have never been so poorly. And I barely even ate any of it because it tasted so bad. I've been in bed all day had to miss a day off work and lose out on taking the kids bowling we had booked for this afternoon because you people can't ensure food is safe for customers. Thankfully I do have a lot of leftovers that I intend on sending off for a lab check to see what it was you've poisoned me with. Don't Don't deserve one star.Saturday 18th December 2021
