Last year you had my van in, overheating problem. You changed some parts, charged a few hundred and I got the van back with exactly the same problem. Put it down to bad luck, scrapped the van.
Very recently you had my father's car in. Changed some parts, said it was worked on for 1.5 days, charged a fortune and it's still not working, same problem.
So now I wonder whether your business is a scam. Changing parts that aren't needed, charging parts and labour and returning cars just as faulty.
I used to work with engineers and if parts were fitted that didn't fix the issue, they were taken out and different parts tried until it worked. Then only that part and the labour for that part charged for.
Is it just your company that charge for incompetence or is it a standard garage trick?Friday 30th October 2020
