Absolutely rubbish. I gave them 3 chances altogether but still trash. First mistake items were missing and rang up and told them (a while ago). They said we'll sort you out on your next order and nothing happened cz they didn't remember. Then second mistake I went in person to order on a separate occasion. The guy totally not interested in serving me. Making me wait while his having a conversation with another worker. When he finally asked me what I wanted Mid conversation he keeps rudely still talking instead of concentrating. Keeps looking back talking and I got so fed up I said forget it. And walked out. Third chance now today I rang up to order. This guy is so distracted his made me repeat so many times on the phone because he keeps saying 1 second. Then the options on the website aren't the same or the prices. So I said okay fine just do the one without the extra burgers then. He took my address and everything and 1hr 30mins later still no food??? I phoned up he says I thought you said you'll call me back but you never so I cancelled the order. Eh...hello its cz you were too distracted in the first place to take my order that's why you confusing conversations. Made my kids wait for nothing. How disappointing. I always give 3 chances before boycotting a place but seriously some people shouldn't work on phones or front desk if they having conversations and can't be bothered to take the money coming in. Rubbish, rude and frustrating customer service.

Placed my order over phone at 10pm . Arrived with half my order at 11pm . Tried calling but they had closed. Even the chips looked half eaten and not fresh. ....never ever again

I placed an order at 20:30 I didnt receive my order until 22:10 Absolutely unprofessional service, the restaurant did not answer their phone call, the chat service provided no assistance When the food arrived it was soggy and we ended up binning the food

I ordered a chicken steak burger and aspicy chicken burger 3 drinks 2 peices of chicken and hot wings my spicy chicken burger wasn’t cooked all the way through I didn’t realise till after a few bites and then they said they could only send me another one and the cheek of if they sent another uncooked burger I don’t know how to post the pictures but if I could you’d be revolted in what I ate and they wanted to try and feed me again
