DLG Auto Services contacted me after my insurance company advised I needed body work following a transit van bumping into the back of me. From the beginning of the process to the end, I have nothing but praise for DLG Auto Services. They kept me informed all the way through the repair. They completed the work in a timely fashion and to a very high standard. My car is my pride and joy so I cast a critical eye over the repair, it was brilliant, my car is as good as new! The exchanges were good too. The driver who delived the courtesy car checked I was OK with it before he drove off with mine on the back. Every member of staff there was polite, courteous and friendly. Big thank you to DLG!

I was involved in a minor collosion and from start to finish, DLG were INCREDIBLE. They were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. I was particularly impressed with their communication; they regularly kept me updated on the progress of my repair and were easy to contact when I wanted to speak to them. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly, from the customer service assistants, the mechanics and the guys who dropped off/ picked up my car from my house. The repairs have been done to a very high standard that it isn't possible to see that there were ever any cracks on my bumper. The one down side was that a courtesy car was not delivered to me when my car was being collected for repair, and I expected one to be left for me straight away. Nevertheless, DLG were very apologetic and went to great lengths to source one for me within 2 days. Luckily I did not need the use of a car in that time. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend this company to anyone.

After a collision, my car was referred to DLG by my insurance company. My crash happened one evening, and DLG contacted me the next day to arrange to collect my car and provide a courtesy car while they were doing the repairs. Everyone involved was polite, friendly and helpful. The repair was done and the car ready to collect in three days, which was quicker than the initial estimate. I'm very grateful for the good work done, thank you! You can't tell there was damage done at all!

I was kept informed every step of the way during my vehicle repairs. Every member of staff I encountered from the initial contact to trades person(s) was polite, well informed and knowledgeable. Upon examination the repairs were of a very high standard and the paintwork had no visible faults. My overall experience of this repair was excellent. I must say that the vehicle does not show any signs of having been in a road traffic collision.

The whole process from collection, keeping me updated on the repair and the return which was earlier than anticipated has been a smooth and professional process. The work undertaken on the bumper is first class with a 5 yr warranty to. My car came back clean in and out which was a bonus I wasn't expecting initially as part of the service. Thank you
