First appointment cancelled due to having no electricity. Second appointment she didn’t even show up. No phone call or communication as to why. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would definitely advise against using this person.

Thank you Julie, for the care and attention to detail that you always show when looking after my two girls. I wanted to say a particular thank you for the special care you gave my "old girl", who at the age of almost 14, was looked after so well to ensure that she was comfortable at all times, which was absolutely my priority. Thank you for going the extra mile to keep her safe and comfortable, and to give her the best cut on her legs and paws. I would recommend Julie without any hesitation as a lovely lady that truly cares for the dogs she grooms so well, and does a great job. Thank you

We certainly will not be using ‘Dog Grooming- By Julie’ again as we had such a poor experience. Our first appointment cancelled. We were then called at short notice on a Saturday morning saying they could fit our two dogs in that afternoon. We arrived to be told by the groomer that she had pulled her arm the day before but would ‘give it a go’, making us wonder why she had bothered calling us in. Fifteen minutes later we had to go all the way back and get them because she couldn’t finish. One had had half a bath, which she wanted to charge us for! I said I would pay once the job was finished on both. The next week we were contacted with another appointment, which was then cancelled again at short notice and rebooked. The dogs were then not ready at the agreed pick up time. When we picked them up, while they had been bathed and had their nails cut, they had not been properly clipped at all. They had had a bit of a trim here and there but the long haired collie’s body and tail did not seem to have been touched at all. I had to book the poor dogs in elsewhere to get them sorted properly. Then, to top things off, they overcharged us and struggled to provide a breakdown. When asked about the costs they were incredibly rude and told me to pay up because they are ‘professionals’. They could not even get our dogs names right. Personally, I have never come across such an unprofessional pet service and would certainly not recommend them. We will be taking our dogs elsewhere in future.

Julie groomed my very nervous Collie, I was amazed at Julie’s handling of Cassie who was unbelievably calm and she let Julie do anything without getting upset or frightened. Thank you Julie for such a wonderful visit I’ll see you again in 6 weeks.
