We DO NOT use drying cabinets or cadge dryers to ensure that every dog is thoroughly dried with constant praise and positive reinforcement throughout the groom, as opposed to being locked away on their own.
We also find that grooming and drying by hand creates a stronger bond between our groomers and clients.

She understood the issues we had and arranged a time where he would be the only dog present with two members of staff. He was groomed today and at 8 years old , I can honestly say it was the best cut he's ever had. We are so delighted and will be definitely using them againTuesday 27th July 2021
