Doggie Holiday Homes Jo

I have been a team member of Doggie Holiday Homes since 2014. I have run my own home services for local residences with the help of my Westie Misty whom I have had from a puppy. Misty and I are looking forward to carrying on sharing our home and helping take care of your dogs for many more happy years. I live just off Alver Valley Country Park and have two grown-up daughters. I have had dogs most of my life and I have experience with various breeds and sizes. I have spent all my working life in offices but all I really want to do is run around in fields playing with dogs! I look forward to getting to know your doggies and welcoming them into my home. Hi, my name is Gina and I am so excited to be part of the Doggie Holiday Homes team. I am an experienced dog owner now living in Gosport. I have spent my life growing up surrounded by dogs. I think a home is not complete without the companionship, hair, muddy paw prints and the slobber from a dog. I currently own 2 German Shepherds who are nothing, but cuddle monsters and fab door stops. They are incredibly friendly, well-mannered and very sociable with fellow playmates. I am looking forward to offering your fur babies beach and woodland walks with lots of fun and should they come to stay, a home from home experience overloaded with cuddles and attention. It would be my pleasure to offer, Walks, Day care, House Visits and Boarding available 7 days a week. Hi, we are Frank and Bernadette (Bernie) and have lived in Lee-on-Solent for over 20 years and have recently retired. We have experience of owning and caring for a wide variety of dogs, to our most recent dog, a Jack Russell terrier, Daisy, who has sadly died. We live close to Alver Valley, the beach, and other areas ideal for exercising dogs. Our garden is enclosed and dog friendly to allow your dog to have plenty of outdoor time if required. Your dog will receive lots of care and attention to keep them happy and content during their stay, as we know how important this is both for your dog and your peace of mind. We are happy to allow your dog to sleep in our room if that is your preference. Hi, my name is Bernadette and I had the most gorgeous Labradoodle called Barkley. Unfortunately he passed away and I miss having a dog in my life so here I am joining Doggie Holiday Homes. When a dog comes into my home they will be treated like a member of my own family. I will follow the dogs lead i.e. if they want loads of cuddles they'll get them, if they want a bit of space they will get that also. So our two boys Thomson and Teddy stayed with the lovely Traci and her family whilst we went on holiday. They had the best time. We were updated daily with pictures and what they had been up to. These boys weren’t just looked after, they had their own little holiday! Lots of lovely new and interesting walks, playtime in the paddling pool, cuddle time in the evening, coffee shop outings with treats! Coming home for them, we had our work cut out to entertain them like they had been used too! I worry about everything, but I didn’t have one concern about my boys with Traci. So impressed with Doggy Holiday Home Jo will most certainly be using again and again and again! Thank you x

Traci is absolutely fabulous!! Poppy loves her soooo much and I know that she's in very capable and loving hands. I cannot recommend her enough. Whether it's a dog walk, a weekend or a long holiday, she's looked after so well. I'm just so grateful that we found this service.

Just picked up my German Shepherd from Gina at DHH after a short stay. He was cared for like part of the family. I like the constant updates. Gina really cares about the wellbeing of your dog and he looks as though he thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Such a pleasure to have a contented dog back. Will definitely use DHH Jo again.

My dog Alfie is walked 5 times a week by Jo Jo. He loves going out with her and his doggie friends and sits by the back door or back gate and waits for her. Jo Jo is absolutely lovely and you can see she adores her doggie clients. Alfie gets taken to the woods and parks and even goes for a dip in the sea at Lee on Solent. He comes back so happy and sleeps most of the afternoon. Bliss. Thank you Doggie Holiday Homes.
