You don’t really find out how good a company is until things go wrong. Shortly after purchasing a van from Donington Commercials, it developed a fault, not something that Simon could have known about when we bought it. The fault wasn’t easy to find or fix, but Simon went well beyond what was expected to put it right, (it took a couple of months to find the main fault, as every time it was fixed another showed up). We have been running the van now for several months and have had no more issues with it. i would recommend Donington Commercials 100%.

Purchased a second/third hand vehicle from Donnington Commercials. It was as described, smooth runner, and the usual age related marks, the veichle was ready to drive away once purchased. The following day (Saturday), a warning light came up on the dashboard. Immediately i phoned Donnington Commercials, to alert them of this issue and was greeted with a voicemail, alas they were closed on a weekend. Monday morning 9am sharp, Simon heard my voicemail and rang me to let me know that he would happily take the van back to assess. I explained that the vehicle was essential for my work which would definately be required by the following weekend, and true to his word, the problem was assessed and repaired and returned to be within the week as a matter of urgency. Sometimes things go wrong, but what Donnington Commercials have done to rectify the situation is incredible. The customer service and communication has been out of this world and i can wholely reccommend this company. Thank you so much!

Was searching for a company car and came across Donington Commercials on cargurus. Good reviews made me raise an interest in one of their vans listed for sale, the car was on the market for around 50 days with same price, I've made an offer and the feedback I've received was to "get real". What's wrong with people nowadays? If you're selling something and don't have the sense for negotiating, you're in the wrong business.

I bought a car from here but found out a week into having the car the gearbox was no good. To the dealers credit he got the car back in and paid for the gearbox to be replaced. A lot of messing about but NOT the fault of the dealer this messing was the fault of car finance company not relaying info. Am now a very happy customer who found that the garage did the right thing which was replaced faulty parts with very minimal fuss. Simon (garage owner) was helpful and polite.
