I had a lovely experience having my hair washed, cut and blow dried by newly qualified Sophie. She is a lovely lady and done a fabulous job from start to finish. She may only be newly qualified but is already doing everything like a pro. I definitely will be coming back in the future to see her again for my hair cuts.

Superb experience - such a lovely environment to the lady at the reception and my hairdresser Chantal. I was booked in for a Haircut and Finish. Chantal was amazing and so lovely - made sure she knew exactly what I wanted but also suggested ways to make the style I wanted better for my hair and face shape. Will definitely be returning and also try out some of the other treatments they offer!

Spoke to the stylist about the cut I wanted and brought photos too. Agreed that a "lob" was about right, but I stressed that I was happy to go up my neck at the back, but keep my full length at the front. Walked in with hair length just above my elbows, and she cut it all off to above my shoulders! I expressed that this was shorter than I wanted, and she said "sometimes when you start cutting you can't always get the angle you want" Either she didn't listen or she got carried away. But I no longer have long hair and I specified that I wanted to keep my length at the front. I would not recommend
