We had an urgent parcel due to be delivered here today but the driver went to the wrong door of the hotel, took a picture, and left. We have had multiple deliveries here and no issues previously. I received the number for your Peterborough depot but keep being diverted to Chelmsford / Rushden as apparently Peterborough is too busy, I also requested the driver return on your chat option and it was confirmed this would be passed on. I have left multiple messages now and no one is coming back to me, and the parcel has still not been delivered to the correct entrance. I would also like to point out, one of the depots kept disconnecting my call and when I finally got through, there was a lot of noise – the advisor had clearly answered in error and there was a revolting conversation amongst your staff in the background about private areas and tissue getting stuck, that lasted about 3-minutes before they realised I was on the phone and once again, disconnected the call. I had good faith in DPD but this is totally unacceptable customer service from such a reputable company.

Had my time slot this morning 10.03 - 11.03. Tracked the van, and have done most of the day, after being told there was a delay, the van got to the road which is up the road from me at 17.45pm and now after ringing dpd at 18.00 them telling the depot is closed even though on the website it says 19.30 them telling me my parcel won't be delivered until tomorrow!! Absolutely shocking!!!!

Driver went to wrong address and took photo of someone else's door and stated no one at home. When we called to get it delivered to correct address their customer services very un helpful and not willing to do anything and get driver to come back. Would not recommend this company.

Since my last review I’ve had further experiences with DPD’s failure to provide a decent service. After finding out my deliveries were being taken to the wrong address, that property owner told the driver he was at the wrong address and postcode. His response was ‘tough’. I then cancelled the order. I now refuse to have anything delivered by DPD and I speak to any business who uses them to arrange a different courier or if none are available tell them that I will not order from them. The latest is Katkin cat food who only use DPD.
