Molly Judge1 StarAwful company. Avoid. Booked taxi at 12 o’clock for 12:20, notified them that I had to catch a train so please let me know if they were having issues locating a driver. No one called, I called them when I still hadn’t heard from a driver and still at 12:37, no taxi has arrived.
Call handlers do not care, say a driver is 2 mins away then all of a sudden, has issues with his vehicle???

After phoning and not even an apology for the delay got told to take more time by the operator (I don't tell her how to do her business) and its my fault my prebooked taxi is late however iv had it in the past if the driver arrives earlier that the booked time they will drive off wish Drive never came to DoncasterMonday 7th March 2022
