Lovely friendly staff. Always very helpful and welcoming plus willing to offer advice when needed. Delicious bakery products, including handmade lunchtime sandwiches and the meat from the butchers is top quality.

We have recently moved to Martlesham Heath and have used the bakery on several occasions already . The bread is excellent, & , as it happens is 50 pence a loaf cheaper than the bakers we used to shop at in our previous home town . The grandchildren love the decorated biscuits as well . Today I bought some chipolatas and also asked for a steak and mushroom pie , which wasn't on show . I was very pleasantly surprised when the young lady offered to make one and it was absolutely fantastic . To say it was the best pie I have ever tasted would be an understatement. All the staff at Duncan's are pleasant and helpful , but I felt the trouble that was taken in making the pie was unbelievable service . The shop seems to be busy and I am not surprised , Duncan's is a huge asset to Martlesham Heath , long may it continue to serve the community here .
