Used the click and collect service today for the first time and I found it excellent. Well organised and fast. Plus the staff help you to your car with any heavy or bulky items. Will definitely use this service again. Nice one!

Dunelm never fails to impress both with its range of quality homeware products nor its competitive pricing. The only complaint is that the stores often have so much to offer that they are a little cramped and can be hard to navigate. However, parking is easy and the staff are very helpful, so this is a minor issue within the big picture!

Visited on a Sunday morning, just after 10.30. There was a member of staff at the door asking if we were picking up a Click and Collect order (we weren't) - clearly wanting to help customers. We did a quick look around - a little frustrating that all the items of one type (e.g. curtains) aren't all in one place, and aren't organised alphabetically by name (seeing as there were 2 names of curtains we were looking for). Store was clean and tidy. There is a customer lift at the back of the store to get up and down from the upper level if the stairs aren't an option (wheelchair, shopping trolley, pushchair etc)

This is a great Dunelm store. So much choice and a nice cafe upstairs. I am always amazed by the price and selection of curtains and blinds. There are great accessories and I brought two new mops which I have been after a good one for a while. There is a nice cafe on the upstairs floor.The staff were friendly and helpful and had a great visit.
