Luciano must be the most honest & conscientious vehicle salesman in the country! I bought a van off him, after he recommended that I didn't buy another of his vans (which was more expensive), as it had problems. He reduced the price on it, fixed all the minor niggles with it & then, a month later, when the clutch & DMF failed, he replaced it completely free of charge, after getting the vehicle collected from my house, 50 miles away & returned to me in under 24hours. Dynes breakdown excellent, recovered my car back to Dynes at Erith. I was told they can give me a quote and i can decide whether to go ahead or not. However, wasnt informed that if I chose not to use Dynes then I would have to pay a £42 (or thereabouts) half hour investigation fee. I explained that I wasn't informed of this charge and if I would have known I would have chosen my regular garage to be recovered to. The man on the phone said if I dont pay it then I can't get my keys back, really intimidating. Spoke to the manager who agreed if I wasn't informed then not to pay
