We wanted to turn the dead space in our front garden into a driveway. Having got several quotes from local businesses Julian from Eagle Drives and Patios gave us the most confidence with a professional visit and written quote. Once booked the guys started work a few weeks later on the job. Paul, Dimitri and the lads were very efficient and within 4 days had the front garden transformed into our lovely new driveway. All through the process Joseph, the owner, was very communicative and always available to speak to. Thanks so much guys we love our new driveway!

So we were looking for services to transform our chaotic front patio into a low maintainance artificial grass and pebble area because we were so sick of the relentless bugs, the messy shrubs and the grassweeds that just wouldn't stop growing. So we posted a request on BARK, got a callback from them, and someone came and surveyed our home site. As reassuring as he sounds, we were so sure he said that he can guarantee that grassweeds won't grow once they lay the membrane weed control on frass and the pebble area, one that is very distinct that made us want to hire them despite the expensive rates. Very displeased because the grassweeds are still growing and have been calling them (including their boss) out to resolve the issue and they keep saying they'll have someone over to take a look since end of August but nobody ever came. First picture below is when it's all nice and finished but the rest of the pictures are from a week afterwards where it just started to grow again and again. Aside from the other complaints that we have about professionalism, this is the one that we cannot overlook. Can't say for driveways and pavement work but they don't seem to be accountable for garden tranformations or such. Unexpectedly disappointed.

Would NOT recommend! Very unprofessional, when the quote was done we agreed to something but the end result was totally different.Also, because we were complaining 'the boss' kept saying we don't have money to pay for the job and asked for money in advance although the contract stated to pay at the end (what a joke). We spent a lot of money to end up with a garden I hate knowing it will stay like that as we don't want to invest more in the near future. Better pay more and get professionals to do the job, otherwise you'll regret it like I do.

Excellent service from start to finish. Responded quickly to enquiry when many persons did not. Joseph was polite and courteous, punctual through my dealings with him. He knew what he was talking about and came across professional. The guys who worked with him were the same, left everywhere clean and tidy and took pride in their work. The work was completed with workers who were committed to my job and did not run off leaving my work unattended whilst trying to do others at the same time. I am very happy with my patio and would thoroughly recommend Joseph and his team to anyone. Thankyou

Had my front driveway done by eagle drives and patios really impressed how Joseph and the team handle everything always keeping me updated with what’s going on, anything I wasn’t sure about got explained out to me step bye step making sure I was happy at the end of each day. The lads showed up on time every time very polite and mannered and hard workers. They done a extremely good job would highly recommend!
