If I could give more than 0, I would. We ordered food that was never delivered. When I tried to call, the worst customer service ever received. The guy try told me he called us and no one answered, and that he knocked the door and no one opened. We have a 24h concierge, and we’ve been really careful to our phone so obviously it wasn’t true. Our mistake? We should have read the reviews before, all stating this restaurant is a scam and it never delivers food. Which is what happened to us. Disgusting the way he shouted at me when I called, and the way he was talking to me was so disgusting and patronising. He closed the call twice. He said he didn’t want to give any food, so to call Justeat and sort it out with them. DISGUSTING.
