Sue Burton5 StarWhat an excellent company. Issue with computer that was not able to be fixed via remote intervention. We are still shielding, computer is vital for us for ordering food / prescriptions etc. Guys from ECS , came and collected computer, fixed it, and returned it all within 24 hour period.
