Chris Mepham (Managing Director) is a Qualified Security Dog Handler and accomplished entrepreneur. He has selected our Senior Management Team based on their experience and their commitment to providing a proactive, customer-focused service.

Peter Williams was appointed in 2013. With his experience as a Metropolitan Police Dog Handler and Chief Instructor at the world famous Metropolitan Police Training School at Keston, Peter developed the EFW Security K9 Dog Team and designed K9 Training Facility at our Kent Offices. He enforces the highest of standards set by EFW and has trained some of the most capable Security Dog and Handler Teams in the industry. EFW is now an Associate Company Member of NASDU, (National Association of Security Dog Users).

Richard Andrews was then recruited as Operations Manager (Manned Services) in 2014. With 25 years Security Industry experience and as a qualified Close Protection Officer and Instructor. 2014 also saw the addition of our Training Academy, part of Exclusive Training. EFW now has the ability to recruit, train and deploy Officers that have been inducted and trained by the EFW Training Team.
