I've enjoyed living at Eleanor lodge but the thing is that things are broken regularly like the hob breaks nearly every week, the bath runs too slow, the taps don't work, the cupboard doors kept coming off its hinges, the staff don't stay with you whilst u sleep they go into the offices, the staff come in at 7 in the morning and stay with you until 10 in the morning then they leave you on your own until 3 until someone comes in, the staff don't really pay any attention and don't use their innitative''s half the time it doesn't really have a garden it's jus a concrete courtyard I would recommend it for older people in their 50s or older but for younger people in their 20s No! The house's are for more older people who need that extra help but I appreciate the staff looking after me but you kinda need to get your heads out of the clouds 👍

I'd give it less but that's not an option! My daughter got things stolen here and they covered it all up. They cannot deal with any situation beyond a nice calm client doing what they're told.
