Mark was punctual, presentable and well equipped.
After annual standard sweeps I couldn't believe the amount of soot that Marks power brushes removed. Our chimney's and flue have never been so clean.
Mark was very knowledgeable about our woodburner and advised us on some safety issues and when he was finished the house was as clean as it was when he started.

Rees Kenyon5 StarGreat experience with Mark. Two flues and one large chimney cleaned today. Mark even installed an access hatch in one of register plates for better cleaning. Clean, friendly service with a smile. Always make him a couple cups of tea and give him a few biscuits - it's hungry, hot work. Thanks again Mark. Viv Burns5 StarWe have a log burner installed approximately 6 years ago which we have swept with traditional chimney sweep brushes twice a year but never has the chimney been so clean as when Mark completed his professional chimney sweep! Log burner now looks as good as new and very reassuring to get a certificate. Room left very clean, no mess at all, would definitely recommend.Friday 18th August 2017
