A truly one stop gym no matter your experience, the gyms owner has the knowledge and experience to advise, guide and train the beginner all the way through to the pro. Brother in law told me about this and it ticked all the boxes. Friendly welcome which instantly makes you feel at ease, no attitude at all and wanting to help if needed.
