Thank you for visiting my website, Elmsleigh cakes is a family run business, specialising in luxury bespoke handcrafted cakes.

All our cakes are made with the freshest of ingredients, and contain no artificial preservatives.

Each cake is designed to your requirements and your design ideas, we truly want your cake to be the one you have

dreamed of, no matter what the celebration.

We are based on the Hampshire/Dorset border ,between the New Forest and the sea,

we serve Lymington, Lyndhurst, Southampton, Winchester,Ringwood, Christchurch, Bournemouth and all the villages between.

In 2017 and 2019 it was our great pleasure to be asked to Judge at the “Cake and Bake Show” at The New Forest County Show.

It was an honour to be asked and the most amazing time, there were some absolutely amazing bakes from contestants of all ages.

We met Mandy and fell in love with her cheese cake inspiration and her sheer passion. Mandy kept us updated right up to the wedding eve and when she arrived we were blown away… such a beautiful masterpiece. We had 8 vegan guests and Mandy supplied some delicious vegan cheeses, she ensured they had separate cheese knives and were discreetly separated by a wall of fruit.. our vegan guests were so delighted and touched by the efforts Mandy made to respect their dietary needs. I don’t think this review does my sheer amazement and delight that the cheese cake made to our special day - I cannot recommend Mandy HIGHLY enough - if you want a cheese cake for your wedding or celebration.. you won’t go wrong booking Mandy - amazing cheese, amazing presentation and attention to detail… just totally amazing!!’

We originally booked Mandy pre-covid and unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding on numerous occasions, Mandy was so accommodating every time we postponed, she re-booked us in every time and was always so reassuring. The cake for our wedding was absolutely beautiful, Mandy absolutely nailed it. From our original chat she drew up a rough sketch and some ideas and the cake matched everything we asked for, she really made it perfect and I’m so glad we put our trust in her. All our wedding guests commented on how beautiful the cake design was and how it fit the theme so well. Not to mention, every tier had a different flavour and all 3 tasted divine!! If you need a cake for a wedding, birthday or another occasion, do not hesitate to book Mandy. She is very talented, passionate, so easy to talk to, friendly and will create the cake of your dreams. Thanks, Mandy, for creating such a beautiful cake for our day, can’t thank you enough. Wishing you all the best for the future.

Thanks so much to Mandy for creating a fantastic wedding cake for us. We wanted something modern which reflected our river-side venue, and Mandy designed a wonderfully unique cake which all the guests loved. The flavours of the different tiers (a hidden rainbow velvet cake in the bottom, and then elderflower sponge and lemon drizzle) went down really well!

Dearest Mandy Thank you so much for taking the time and effort with our cake. What can we say apart from wow. After all our postponements you never failed once to say no to any of our dates and changed ideas with us when we went from Autumn to Christmas to Summer. At Christmas when our wedding was postponed again, you made us surprise chocolate Santa’s and they cheered us up when we really needed it. The cake itself was amazing everyone commented on how delicious it was and how beautiful it looked. We left most of the designing to you as we knew we could trust you and we have never ever been disappointed with a cake from you. We even took some cake on honeymoon with us a few days later and it was just as fresh and light as it was on our wedding day. Thank you Mandy for being such a kind, caring and creative person. Your cakes are so incredibly yummy and we can’t wait for the next family celebration to order another one.

We were holidaying in the Lymington region and requested a Minecraft themed birthday cake for my daughter to be collected the morning of her birthday. Elmsleigh cakes created a beautiful Minecraft chocolate drip cake that was ready for the required time at a very reasonable price. My daughter loved the cake and it tasted delicious. Would definitely recommend.
