I had a Pure Advanced facial with Emily yesterday and it was absolutely incredible. Emily is very professional and welcoming and the new treatment room is absolutely gorgeous. So relaxing! There aren’t many skincare specialists in Ashford that really know their stuff, Emily is fantastic and you can see she’s very passionate about skincare. She suggested the best treatment for my skin and gave me some lovely samples to use at home. My skin feels amazing today. I would 100% recommend if you are thinking of booking a facial with Emily.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Easy to book online at a time to suit. Emily met me at the door at the correct time and was brilliant. It’s a wonderful location, she sets you completely at ease, absolutely everything is thought of and you come out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Plus she’s a lovely person! Emily has always given such a professional service,she’s so friendly and happy to answer any questions or give advice. I’m an amputee and from day one she’s always made me feel so comfortable having any service done,especially the full body massage,she makes me feel totally normal. It took along time for me to feel confident to have any treatments after my accident but now I wouldn’t go anywhere else as my disability isn’t a issue. Her salon is lovely,perfectly clean and calming. You always get your full treatment time,which in the past at other salons I didn’t. 5 Star Service.
