To add to the experience the Vehicle had been reported stolen by Enterprise previously so I was stopped and questioned by the Police. Would not recommend. Andy Adams1 StarService was ok staff busy doing other things, given a car with a cracked screen, dented side and a cracked rear bumper, assured that it was all recorded, when car was collected they tried to bill me for the cracked windscreen! Liam Barber5 StarKaji and Dan from the Enterprise Gravesend branch were very helpful from start to finish. Very easy and smooth process. Great communication and customer service. Kaji took a lot of time to clearly explain everything and it did not take long at all to get the keys and on my way. Efficent process which means you are not stuck at a counter for 30 minutes waiting around. Drop off was seamless and did not experience the usual fear that you often get when returning hired vehicles. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a vehicle with them. I will be needing to hire a van again shortly due to moving house and will definitely be a returning customer.Wednesday 29th March 2023

Danielle McIntyre5 StarWonderful experience and service with Enterprise Gravesend. Dan and Kaji went above and beyond to make sure we had the van we needed to help us with our move. The team was so accommodating and the vehicle was clean and an easy drive. Enterprise was also a much better price than the Hertz rentals at B&Q in Gravesend so all around Enterprise is the best local service. Thanks again Dan and Kaji!Wednesday 29th March 2023
