I had replacement shocks and springs fitted to my car of which I provided the parts. The original quote was £72 per side (1 hour each) and was given bill 4 hours later for £280.20 which I paid. There was a bubble on the front fibre glass wing of which they decided to pop(and now looks horrible) of which I am no point in getting a a full respray yet. There is also a a missing lotus badge missing from wheel hub. I will not be going to these guys again as car has come back in worse condition. I have no faith in this garage and that's all we want is confidence in whom we go to. It's going to be a struggle now to wash and polish car on front wing. My pride and joy.

It was worth the journey from Southend to have the faulty parts replaced on my daughters Proton which was sorted promptly and VERY courteously at a very reasonable price whilst I waited in a comfortable area.

Shaun at Essex Autosport is so friendly, so helpful and really knowledgeable he has good facilities for Geo and engine swaps and gearbox changes as well as servicing and other maintenance work, he is an expert in Honda conversions and a Lotus specialist of course oh and he loves cake! What more do you need to know?!
