Outstanding service from E&S, who managed to install a replacement window, a new casement window, and some French doors in place of an old window in less than 4 hours! All to the highest standards of quality. Their team were exceptionally friendly throughout, and we are so happy with our overall experience. We'll be using them again in future. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We had a very positive experience with Essex & Suffolk Windows from start to finish. As you can see from the attached pictures we had our old doors & windows taken out, a portion of the wall knocked out and bifold doors installed. Abbie was very attentive and quick to respond from the point of enquiry all the way through to install. The 3 installers did a great job on the day getting it finished well within the 1 day estimate, they were polite and professional throughout. Would highly recommend Essex and Suffolk Windows.

Had two bifolds and a door fitted by this company and am extremely happy with every aspect of the process and all at a very competitive price. The staff are all very professional and friendly and the quality of the workmanship and products is exceptional. Everything was completed on time as arranged and they left the place clean and tidy.

Outstanding service! From the outset I was treated as a valued customer, there was no hard selling at all, just genuine polite advice and service. Other companies try all the old tricks, where as with this company you get honesty and quality. I had 4 windows installed to the front of my house and was surprised at the price. Very professional outfit from all involved. I was kept up to date about my order and fitters arrived on time and were clean, tidy and polite. Will be requesting windows for the rear of my house soon. Can't recommend Essex & Suffolk Windows enough! 10/10

This company is excellent from start to finish, got a quote within a few days of them coming out. Answered all our questions via email to Abigail. Once confirmed we would like to go ahead, appointment made for measuring up, then dates were given for each job and was kept up to date with everything that was going on. Easy to pay once each job completed. Highly recommend this company as very efficient, office staff and workman and a great job done.
