My relative was staying here and I had to remove her for her safety and mental health. The food can only be described as slop with no nutritional benefits, and mostly deep fried. As far as activities sticking someone in front of a TV all day has no benefits for an elderly relative, it's simply a lack of care and an attitude that they simply can't be bothered. My relative also incurred bruises and cuts to her face whilst staying here, with no clear explanation as to why and how that happened, which was deeply upsetting. The happiest day i had here was when i removed her, I would advice anyone reading this to think twice before sending someone you love here.

Estherene house looked after my mum for eight years ; she was well cared for by all the staff who were all very kind to her until her passing aged 99 .

I live abroad and was unable to see a loved one regularly, when I was sent photos and videos I was shocked to see the changes in their physical appearance and health. Since having them moved, they have made a massive improvement in their health and are back to the person I knew and loved before. Shocked with the lack of care.

I recently visited my mother in law there. I was thoroughly impressed with the home. Staff treats patients like family. Kind and sweet to the family members as well. Had a comfortable and home feel to it. Thoughtful and considerate. My mother in law is very happy there and feels well cared for.

Amazing care home, the staff are wonderful my mum has stayed with my aunt who's on palletive care for 2 weeks they have treated her so well and my aunt they treat them as family constantly checking and making them comfortable , all staff have been fabulous !! It's such a warm home I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone !! I cannot stressed enough how wonderful they are !
