Iain Clamp5 StarCalled at just after 9am on Monday, my elderly father's boiler broke down over the weekend leaving him cold and without any hot water. We managed with a gas fire and some plug in heaters to keep him warm. Expected Monday to be busy but having explained the situation someone was there to investigate the fault within the hour and the following day once a part had been obtained the job was done.
