Really disappointing that Cartell Moss contacted me out of the blue. The company had bought my contact details from a third party. Cartell was rude and dismissive of my concerns related to my contact information being for sale. Although not illegal, this practice is immoral and immediately put me off using eunisure. I have included Cartell's emails - you can see how quickly the tone changes.

Received AMAZING client service from Chris who is based in the Canary Wharf office. I received the best insurance policy and he went above and beyond by explaining each of the covers fully in dept and answered all my questions so perfectly. I had so many questions and he took his time with me and made sure that I didn't leave feeling unsure of what I was getting. I now have the best policy according to my affordability. I would definitely recommend Chris he is a SUPERSTAR!!

This company's representative - arrived un announced at my premises - ignored all social distancing guidelines in the process and proceeded to offer just about every service under the sun! Starting the conversation with telephone and broadband offers, then asking me about my life insurance requirements. He then was found wandering around my premises - looking around after I had already stated that I was not in need of the firms services. I think the company needs to review their policy and procedures and invest in a better form of marketing. The business card says they offer every type of insurance, funeral plans , mortgages, buy/ sell retail businesses mortgage and business loans. I mean, is there anything this firm DOESNT do?? it seems to me as though they just want to find out a lot of confidential information. Surely if you want these services - you go by recommendation - work of mouth, people you know etc, not have someone you've never met or heard of turn up at your premises. Felt very un easy and uncomfortable with the visit. Especially at such a challenging time for small businesses - to just turn up and take up time when people are working with less staff etc - shows how thoughtless this company is. You should not need to cold call if you are good at what you do.
