I had a really good experience in this store. After my husband ordered break discs and pads of 2 different sizes (unsure of size needed) the chap pointed out that neither were the right size. He swapped the order to the correct items and thankfully it was all in stock. Items have been fitted today and they were spot on. Would have been an absolute nightmare if he hadn't of pointed it out.

Came specially to buy a paddling pool priced up in store at £27.99 to then be told it was a mistake and was £39.99. Extremely disappointed as made a specific journey to purchase. Price should have been honoured. Very poor.

Incredibly rude staff member. Shouted they'd be right there when I entered, I politely said no worries and to take his time. He then got my name wrong about 5 times asking if I said N or E, not sure how as I made sure to say my name clearly and spelt it out several times. Then bluntly said he'd be right back, dumped my items down and walked off without a word. Staff should have been far friendlier, not just stand there looking like they hate themselves and their job and they could have offered some help considering my car war by the door and it's literally 5M away from the desk as it's the tiniest shop. I will order again but I won't be collecting from this location, I'll have it delivered.
