Horrendous, Customer care and deplorable communication. I will not recommend them. There is no clear information on order status, They don't know if they have stock or not or how many will be delivered by when. Customer care executives are rude and they each have their own way of indicating duration. In a nutshell, I will never return to them for parts. This review is for online services.

If you buy and cancel anything from them. Make sure your take cancellation number. As they sayd its canceld but in really is not. I bought items and cancel next day. They sayd whait for 10 days to get you money back. I called after ten days. They sayd items whas cancelled only two days ago. Best thing they send me an collection confirmation invoice after 11 days Where they sayd i collected item on next day after buying it..today is 25 days past. And no payment being made back to me. No response on PayPal. Total ignorance. Making manipulation in that store whit your moneys and orders.
