Not the best experience at the Bromsgrove store. They told my parts were in and they weren't. Parts ordered and were wrong. They got there in the end it but it took two weeks. On a positive the prices are very reasonable. Edit- the customer service team have got in touch and given ma a £10 voucher.

Went over collect parts for ford focus gave registration cam belt water pump took. To garage have parts fitted wrong parts given took parts back to get a refund no appogies given very rude service won't use in the future

Poor and slow service, big queue behind me and one guy (chad) serving who had no manners. What's the point in ordering over the Internet if your not going to pick the order ready for you, so you don't have to wait. Guy in front of me had his order mucked up he was equally as happy as me!

I called the Bromsgrove branch on Saturday and was dealt with by a well mannered young man called Chad, he also helped me when I came in store with other advice about my car.
