Went in for wiper blades, a lady called angie told me there were a couple of options, I asked to see the bosch blades and her response was "I'm not running up and down the stairs just so you can have a look, it's Sunday, either you buy them or you don't", I then asked how much they would be she said £36, I then said to her I would order online and collect as its cheaper and she said "you can but it will be at least half an hour before they are ready". Her whole attitude absolutely stunk, I have been other euros branch's for years and have never come across such a rude and unhelpful individual. Definitely won't be using this branch again.

Had a few parts that I had ordered online that I no longer needed, therefore attempted to return them at this store as per the instructions online. Was told by the employee that we COULD NOT return these items here, they had to be done online. I attempted a few times to advise the employee that the online returns page specially pointed to an LKQ store it could be returned to of which this branch was part of this, she still refused as her manager was not in, I advised the employee we had travelled over 40minutes but this made no difference. Contacted the Euro Car Parts customer service team the next day who confirmed via email that I AM ABLE to return to this specific store and they were unsure why the employee did not accept this return. I have since returned via customer service team online. Store employees may need some further training about their own returns policy....
