I bought a k&n air filter from them and when i went to pick it up it was like toy one. I already had booked my mecanic to change it so i asked for thier help to find one in their deposit. I asked for the manager because the employee was not helpful. The manager was worst just more talk but his posture and explanation were just pure nonsense. I feel so frustrated right now i could murder them. They just didn't want to sell me anything.

The confirmed order ready to collect failed to arrive. No email or text message before travelling 30 Miles to collect. I know issues happened, and it's out of our hands, but on arrival and to find out the information from a representative with a smirk on his face didn't make the issue pleasant. Sourced same item within in 5 mins cheaper.. ?? Questioning now the online 60%off, maybe a scam.. Hella is Hella, and prices should not vary that much from source...
