Very nice gym, smaller then most gyms but very clean and very nice the staff is very friendly and helpful giving warm welcomes there was a member of staff a girl in curly blond hair I didn’t get her name but she is always very nice, chatty and bubbly it’s always a pleasure to see her. The classes are great and at a very good price too. Would recommend it to anyone suitable for all ages and sizes and also disabled friendly 👍

Classes are varied fun and for all ages and levels of ability. It's a very inclusive environment with friendly staff. The pool is clean and warm. The gym well equipped with a large treadmill equipment zone. The weights area is busy and could be larger but I've never had a problem finding space.

Excellent gym, v relaxed and been a member for over 3 years. Good facilities and value for money. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Would recommend to gym bunnies or someone new to fitness.
