I’d never ever even consider using this company again, after hiring with them before and having a lovely easy experience during what is a stressful time anyway having to hire a car today I spoke to the rudest person when calling to hire a car or van in an emergency. Fair enough you had nothing available as you have to “look after your regular customers” not the problem but there’s absolutely no need to be extremely rude to returning customers, such a disgusting attitude and as for being told I haven’t got a chance of getting a hire car this close to Christmas we actually have from Enterprise who were lovely to deal with. So I really hope the rust buckets you are keeping aside for your regular customers get hired out and aren’t left on what looks like a scrap yard all over Christmas!Monday 20th December 2021
