As a family run company your valued enquiry is only dealt with by Bruce or Karen, the owners of Excelsior. Our success is due to the way we operate, we do not have any pushy, commission paid sales people.
We have highly trained fitters with many years experience in their field, we use NO sub contract fitters.

Ian Warburton5 StarWe had a friend who had used Excelsior and highly recommended them. We met with Bruce from Excelsior at their small showroom in Little Paxton and Bruce showed us through the options for getting a new door, from colour to window designs and metalwork.
We had a play around with the 'design a door' feature on the Excelsior website back at home, which made it very easy to trial different door designs and change the door features until we settled on a design we really liked.
The ordering process was then very straightforward and simple with Bruce who kept us up to date on timescales. 7 weeks later the boys came in, removed our old door and installed the new one in a very quick time of 2 hours. Area left all clean and tidy, and we love our brand new door!
We would highly recommend Bruce and his team at Excelsior.

We arranged a day and time for a quote with Bruce who was on time and very professional,we was then given a short time to wait for our windows and doors installation with a phone call from Bruce and date arranged to fit,the fitters arrived on exact date and time agreed and they were extremely polite and efficient in the fitting, and even fitted a cat flap in our new door on our request,

SIMON GREENS2 StarUsed Excelsior around 4 years ago and they did an excellent job.
Now, 4 years later some of the window locks are either stiff or jammed and the front door handle is hard to lock and really clunky.
I have left Bruce numerous messages over a number of months asking for Excelsior to come out and fix these issues. I pointed out that I was happy to pay due to the time frame.
I have received nothing by way of a response.
It seems pretty clear that Excelsior are happy to provide decent customer service when a £10k order is placed but not when it comes to after care.
Very disappointing and will now look for another window company to fix their jamming locks.Saturday 22nd October 2022
