Had to update from 5 stars. It's really hard to get these guys to actually come back and sort issues out. Asked for weeks to get a receipt for the work for business purposes, Still waiting on that. Loud whistling from bedroom window everytime there's wind. Text a few times, said they would be over, never contacted me again or turned up to sort. Had to go to someone else to sort that issue as it was keeping me awake. Wanted to support a local supplier after the rubbish year we've all had, but was let down with the after sales and lack of contact. Need my back windows doing and was hoping for a quote on those but I'll have to go elsewhere sorry to say chaps. Happy with the windows (minus the bedroom), not happy with the after sales. Massive Shame as the guys are really nice. I can't recommend based on, if anything goes wrong at the end, you'll never be able to get them to fix and sort.

Excellent services! My windows were fitting within 2 weeks of ordering them, they were very good and clean whilst working any problems I had they fixed right away! 100% recommend.

AVOID. Fitted patio doors for us and a kitchen window. One of the patio doors does not close properly. I got in touch with them and they told me they would come back and fix it, gave me a date to come and fix... Didnt turn up no phonecall or message. We re arranged and they did this a further 6 times untill i call up again today and they have blocked my number. Not to mention they left all of the rubbish at the bottom of my garden without telling me. Also i found numerous cigarette buds in my garden after they had been. VERY unprofessional company. Update.... They turned up to fix the door drop. Less than 2 weeks later the other door has dropped. Contacted them and have been given the same promises for a month now still not turned up.
