He understood what we needed and sent drawings to check we were happy with the design before visiting to carry out the measurements. He returned to fit a few weeks later, and the balustrade fits perfectly and the quality of the product as is described. Could have been happier with the service - from initial guidance on preparing the balcony with stone work, through to installation. Lee is a real professional who clearly knows what he's doing.
