Onsite Support

£40 for 2 hours + £12 per additional hour.

Our basic rate for support is £40 for up to two hours of onsite support and £12 for every hour after that.

If we can't fix it, you don't pay! This price is the same for on-site advice and training.

Offsite Support

From £60. Contact us for a quote.

Some services, like Virus Removal, Data Recovery or Complete Reinstallation of Windows can take longer to complete. Rather than wasting your time in your home we can collect your computer and return it to you, usually with a couple days.

These services may require you to supply us with your original software media, account credentials or licence keys.

Please Note: All prices shown exclude additional costs for parts that may be required to fix the problem. If we diagnose that you need to replace a part to fix your problem and you decline to purchase it, the fee is still payable. You do not have to purchase the part from us though; We will always try and direct you to the cheapest retailer. If we identify the fault as being the responsibility of a third party, like BT or your Internet Service Provider, then the fee is still payable.
